Paul Teasdale
Short bio:
Paul has been helping people perform for over 20 years, across multiple industries and in various different guises, most recently working with the Formula 1 and supercar manufacturer McLaren.
Having taken on operational management roles in his early career, Paul developed a passion for helping others to perform at their best. Taking lessons from his roles in the Aerospace, FMCG and Shipping sectors, Paul made a move into Consulting where he excelled in delivering performance improvement through client collaboration.
After living and working in New Zealand for a major dairy exporter and subsequently a bank, Paul moved back to the UK to work for McLaren where, alongside counterparts from their Big 4 sponsor partners, he took McLaren methodologies and technologies to wider industry.
Paul now runs his own consulting business where he is known for sharing his experience and expertise in working with high performing teams, and providing simple frameworks that allow his clients to apply those lessons for themselves.
